I have about the biggest sweet tooth of anyone I know - gluten free baked goods of any kind are truly the way to my heart. Cookies, cakes, fudge, meringues, cream cakes, the lot! Learning about gluten free baking was my priority when I was diagnosed as I knew that life without a sweet treat was just not for me. :)
